Sneak Peek! Comfort and Hope Stampin' Up!

A while back Stampin' Up! issued a challenge to demonstrators, which was to sell 'x' number of a bundle to earn a free stamp set - Comfort and Hope, from the new Annual Catalogue.  I love a good challenge, and did in fact earn the set.  To be completely honest, it wasn't at the top of my wishlist, but Stampin' Up! knows their stuff!  All I had to do was ink up the stamps and swoon....love it!

You can make a simple card amazing by adding texture with the stamps in this set!  The images were stamped in Crushed Curry and Crumb Cake, and Early Espresso for the sentiment.  I love leaving white space on my cards for a nice clean look!

My original version of this card had the sentiment stamped directly onto the cardbase, and it looked good.  Then I thought hmmm, what if I use one of the Tasteful Touches dies, and pop up the sentiment on dimensionals...and WOW - check out the detail imprinted by the die! It's the attention to detail that made me fall in love with Stampin' Up! products!
