Lolly & Sand: Wrapped in Christmas | 'Tis the Season

Hi and welcome crafty friends! It's Day 3 of 15 days of Christmas cards! I'm so excited to share this card with you today. It's a simple card that uses awesome products from the Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalogue...and a few other goodies!

I was putting away some of my dies, when I had an ah-ha moment. Looking at the dies from the Stitched Leaves Dies the long leaf looks kind of like a tree. Good enough for me! I found myself flipping through my stash of 'Tis the Season DSP and found 3 patterns, different colours that I thought would be perfect! How cute are those 'trees'!

Don't you just love the sentiment?!! I love that it's dotted and looks fabulous heat embossed in gold! The die I used is from the Ornate Layers Dies, and yes I know it's much longer than the sentiment - it's the look I was going for. 😊

The trees are popped up on dimensionals on the Whisper White layer. You know me, I can't get enough of the Tasteful Texture 3D embossing folder! What a perfect backdrop for the trees! Under the embossed layer is Gold Brushed Metallic cardstock, and the last bit of bling are Gold Glitter Enamel Dots!
