Hello again crafty friends! Welcome to November! This month our Positive Inkers Global Design Team are featuring winter or holiday cards! Here in Canada we could see snow any time now - it's inevitable. My blog hop card kind of eases into winter.
Be sure to pop by each blog in our hop to check out all the wonderful designs!
Here's my finished card...
I used a fun technique for the die cut and sentiment layers. I started with a full sheet of Basic White paper, two ink colours - Night of Navy and Misty Moonlight and with my Blending Brush, added the colours to the paper. The fun happens next! I splattered water onto the paper, then flicked Wink of Stella.
BLENDING BRUSHES #153611
Once the paper was dry I used my Merriest Moments bundle to heat emboss the greeting in white, then die cut the large layer, and greeting layer.
Once I introduced Real Red cardstock to this card, it totally popped and I love the look. All that was left to do was add a double bow and red rhinestones!
