A little confession - I took loads of pics of my card, but it kept coming out with a pink hue. Weird, eh! Anyway, the colours I used are - Basic Black, layers are Basic Gray and the In Good Taste designer series paper.
My video turotial further down in this post should help reflect the colours better. 😊
Gasp! I stamped the feather image on the front and inside parts of my card! Too much? There's a reason - and it's to keep the flow of the card. I have to say though, I love the feathers and am lovin' the inside of my card! Yay feathers!
It's bittersweet seeing two of my fave products retire. My beloved Tasteful Labels dies have cut numerous sentiments and layers, and I'll miss them, but I know the next Annual catalogue will bring many new treasures!
Also retiring - my #1 fave embossing folder Tasteful Textile, and Tailored Tag Punch, which not only cuts greetings, it's an awesome banner-maker!
Now the last time I checked they were still available, but that could change pretty fast in the Last Chance Sale!
My goal was to create a masculine card - a struggle of mine! It wasn't planned, but I managed to add a bit of bling to my card. When I heat embossed the greeting, a few specks of white embossing powder stuck to the card. So, I tapped Wink of Stella all over to cover up my little oopsie!
