My feature this week, here on my blog & Tuesday @ 10am Facebook Live here, and YouTube Channel is the Beautiful Friendship stamp set from the new Annual Catalogue.
This set piqued my interest with gorgeous floral images & sentiments!
This is a Distinktive set, meaning the stamps create photo-realistic style images that give a lot of depth and dimension without requiring two or three step stamping.
I stamped the hydrangea twice on Whisper White in Seaside Spray, and the the floral buds as well.
Next, using Pear Pizzazz, I stamped the leaves., the 2 roses stamped off in Melon Mambo. And, on a scrap piece of Whisper White I stamped 3 more roses, which I then fussy cut.
With 13 stamps in this set, can you picture the possibilities!!
After stamping the sentiment in Melon Mambo, it was die cut using one of the Stitched Nested Labels. Still lovin' the stitching!!
I stamped off the hydrangea image using Seaside Spray. Stamping just a portion of a sentiment isn't difficult - this sentiment reads A Very Big Congratulations and Best Wishes to You. I used tape to cover all but the last part of the stamp, then inked it in Melon Mambo. To stamp it, I removed the tape and ta da...! Don't you love stamping options!!
