Stampin' Up! Way to Goat

Welcome back my crafty friends! I have a couple of whimscal cards for you today featuring the super cute and fun Way to Goat stamp set and Stampin' Blends! Before you say 'I don't like colouring' check out the cards below & and my how-to video where I'll be showing you how to colour like a pro!

This 'sheepish' little goat is so darn tootin' cute, and perhaps a little guilty!

I decided to 'mix' the blends to get a mottled look - you can see how it's done in my video below.

Yup....the cake is gone. I love cute sentiments like this - so fun!

I used the same colour mixing for this image, but a bit less. The edges of the DSP are torn to give a rustic look, and the Braided Linen Trim is quite random and unravelled at the ends all to show the old goat isn't concerned about getting older. 😊

Love of Leaves Positive Inkers Global Blog Hop Sneak Peek

Welcome to our first Positive Inkers blog hop! We are Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, United States, and UK.

I'm so excited to be part of this global event and excited for you to see our Mini Catalogue Sneak Peek creative designs!

As I flipped through the pages of the Mini catalogue, I stopped when I saw the Love of Leaves Bundle. I could picture the leaves in a variety of colours and groupings, a big plus when choosing stamp sets, and the sentiment fonts looked unique. But wait....there's more!

The dies - they are aaaaah-mazing! No surprise, they cut out the leaves, but they also imprint the veining on the leaves! Absolutely gorgeous and brilliant!

Colour Combo

I started with a base of Whisper White, then added a layer of paper from the Plaid Tidings DSP. I know you're going to love all the pretty patterns and colours in this DSP - something for every season! My next layer is Whisper White embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D folder. You'll find all the measurements on my video (below).

For the leaves, I used Pretty Peacock, Mango Melody and Crumb Cake inks. I wanted a soft look so for each leaf I stamped off. Next, I heat embossed the sentiment in White Stampin' Emboss Powder onto Pretty Peacock cardstock.

Last step was to tie a double bow using the Gold Trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack and adhere it using a rolled up Glue Dot.

Stampin' Up! Label Me Bold

I call the Label Me Bold set, 'the little stamp set that can!' Read on and find out why!

You may have passed right by this stamp set in the Mini Catalogue, and you may be wondering what you could make using this set. I see possibilities!

This stamp set was inspired by Million Sales Achiever Jasmin Schulze!
