I stamped off for each of the inked images to look soft and subtle! It's one of my fave techniques because you can get different depths of colour.

With a smaller writing area than most my cards, I went simple with a few stamped hearts. All the measurements are given during my video as well as product information.

I used the ever so lovely Cottage Rose bundle and Abigail Rose DSP from Stampin' Up! for my card. Watch my video tutorial further down in this post for all the measurements and card details.
Once again I've created a card that my daughter says 'Has a lot going on', and she's not wrong. 😊 It's far prettier in person than in the photo. The tulips on the backing layer are so gorgeous on paired with Early Espresso. The Abigail Rose patterned paper is classic and warm, with beautiful designs!
Above is the sketch I created for this hop. I love sketches because they give the person creating the card a license to interperet it in their own way!
Do you heat emboss? It's one of my fave things to do as it added another level of WOW to cards! I'm also a big fan of sparkles...so I used Wink of Stella.

Decisions Decisions!
So many decisions to make teehee. I heat embossed on 5 different paper colours until I finally decided to go with my 6th choice....read on....
It might be hard to tell from the picture, but I embossed the greeting in Starry Sky!

Did you notice the embossing on the pinecone and holly leaves! Awesome bit of texture from the Timeworn Type 3D folder.
I thoroughly enjoyed making this card and I need to remember that stepping outside my comfort zone often results in a pretty card!
