Hello crafty friends!  It's the 1st of April, and no fooling, our Positive Inkers Design Team are hopping again and we're super excited for you to see what we've created using Online Exclusive products from Stampin' Up!

Here's my card!  

I've used 2 Online Exclusive products for my card - the Tropical Leaf Bundle & one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders.  I'll be doing a Facebook Live on April 4 to show you how I made this card!  Watch live at 7pm EST HERE

I l-o-v-e everything about the Tropical Leaf Bundle!

Check out the awesome sentiments, and the font - oh my!

Love the leaf images and the coordinating punch!

It's no secret that my fave background die is Stitched Greenery - it's subtle and light thus doesn't overpower the main images!  Same with the vellum layer!  I used the ink/alcohol technique to create a one-of-a-kind airy look!

As you can see, I embossed the leaves rather than stamping them.  I heat embossed the 'love you lots' greeting then did an easy fussy cut, leaving off 'lots'.  I'm so pleased with how this card came together!

Back on Your Feet with Stampin' Blends

Hello Crafty Friends! It's Tuesday once again, and that means another blog post & video tutorial!  I finally got around to inking up the seriously cute Back on Your Feet set and playing with my Stampin' Blends!

I love the richness of Cinnamon Cider cardstock, and embossed with the Stitched Greenery die - what a knock-out!  Measurements and card details are below in my YouTube video, PLUS this card in a knock-out bold colour, and a cutie-pie second card!!

Here's a close-up!  Stampin' Blends are very easy to use!  Is my colouring perfect?  Nope!  And it doesn't have to be!  Leave a couple of white spaces here and there - we're aiming for handmade cuteness not perfection!

Embossed Lovely Lattice Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration Blog Hop!

Now to the card for today!  If you haven't heat embossed onto vellum, you need to!  The results are guaranteed to be gorgeous!  For this card, I used the Lovely Lattice Free Sale-a-bration stamp set.

 When colouring on embossed vellum, you colour on the flip-side of the image.  I used 2 colours of Stampin' Blends - Light Lovely Lipstick & Dark Mossy Meadow.  

It's so quick & easy - I was amazed!

I thought this sentiment would be perfect for the card.  It's from Perennial Birthday.

Also from Perennial Birthday - the inside sentiment, flower & leaves, stamped with Lovely Lipstick & Mossy Meadow.

The finished card!  I'm delighted, and by the way, this was my first attempt at colouring on vellum!
